Social networks began as a leisure web space, however, over time, this concept has evolved. Social networks are increasingly important for companies, both in the areas of marketing and human resources.
We have been seeing for some time that with social networks it is possible to reach the customer, gain notoriety and create branding. We also know that they are being used as a customer service channel.
From a reputation point of view this is essential. Reputation management both proactively, with the publication of valuable content for my clients that have a certain relationship with your brand; and reactively, responding to the comments that affect it, it will consolidate itself as a strategic point for the survival of the company.
But which one is best for you?
As even in social networks there are differences, we tell you how to make use of each of them:
- The most important thing in this network is interaction, so it is imperative to always respond to mentions and do so quickly.
- It is advisable to have a customer service account and another to share information.
- You have to follow users who mention your brand, to know who they are. To do this, you can use the Twitter search engine or some application.
- Disseminate company information in relation to everyday life to create empathy with users.
- Don't use all 140 characters: use a little less, this way you will allow users to add a comment with RT (Retweet).
- It is advisable to use TT (Trending Topics) in the company's tweets, that way they reach more people and not just your followers.
- Promotions or dynamics can be carried out to offer gifts to followers.
- The page from which you work on Facebook must be a fanpage, since the social network provides statistics on the brand's performance.
- Posts should be less than on Twitter, perhaps 2 or 3 a day, as the user may feel saturated.
- Just like on Twitter, you must respond to all followers' comments.
- Facebook allows you to promote the page from ads, which is recommended to attract more followers.
- The Facebook page should be promoted on Twitter to homogenize the community.
- Publications can be related to the benefits of your products and services, photos of the products and their best use.
- You should never forget promotions (which must always be fulfilled).
- This network is only for sharing photos, therefore, images of products and services must be published.
- It can be a good platform to announce the news that our brand will offer.
- Instagram, like Twitter, allows the use of hashtags, allowing users to see your photos in their specific searches.
- This is a professional network, focused on business and networking.
- You can create a company profile that we can register and manage from our company to: introduce ourselves, highlight our products and services, contact followers and publish job offers.
- It is an excellent way to do company Branding.
