Conducting surveys on pencil and paper is becoming a thing of the past. And, can you imagine being able to create significant samples of different topics with just a few clicks? Well, this time Google makes it possible and brings us a new tool, Google Consumer Surveys (GCS).
This is an online research platform that allows us to launch surveys to representative samples of our target audiences through the web and on mobile devices.
Unlike all survey options that we can find on the internet, GCS is focused on generating simple questions for respondents with clear answers.
The network of editors allows us to have a large sample of people who can answer our questions.
According to GCS data, millions of respondents complete questions on the sites or app to gain access to content or credits on Google Play. p>
This platform allows us to make more precise segmentations of the market from which we want to obtain a sample. GCS handles 5 Advanced Functionalities:
1.- Custom panels.
We can create a custom dashboard about our ideal audience, for example, Frequent/Loyal Buyers of your competitor.
2.- Targeting by profession
Surveys that seek audiences according to professions, for example, accountants, doctors or beauty professionals.
3.- Targeting by postal code
Even more precise surveys using postal codes, for example, high growth areas, catchment districts, strategic points.
4.- Cookie list retargeting
Taking advantage of Google Remarketing technology, we can launch surveys only to users from a list of cookies, for example, people who saw an ad online, visited our site or who has watched our video on YouTube.
5.- Geo-fencing
Here we will take advantage of Google Maps technology, so we can launch surveys to users who have visited a physical location, such as one of our stores.
These last two are included in the premium service of this platform.
There is no doubt that Google is committed to innovating and offering the best option to its customers in all areas, and now with Google Consumer Surveys it shows us that it is moving steadily.
