Tips for a job interview

- Wear appropriate clothing. Depending on the company you go to, follow the dress code, for example, if it is for a digital agency you can go more formal-casual, don't wear ripped tennis shoes, think of it as “your first date.”
- Get to know the company you are interested in. Respect your time and that of others; A serious and responsible company is going to schedule you for an interview because it is really interested in talking to you about the vacancy, you should do the same, you must really know the company and the vacancy you want to be part of. Don't go to an interview just for the sake of “let's see if I stay” without having any idea who it is.
In the experience I have interviewing professionals, the first job interview is the first opportunity to be able to talk with the person interested in the vacancy, have a very clear idea of their personality, their way of expressing themselves and in general know if the attitude is It generally coincides with that of our company.
On the other hand, if you are interested in the vacancy, the first job interview gives you a clearer idea of the personality of the company and even the atmosphere that is breathed in it, since it is very likely that you will be able to see how It is a day to day while you wait to go to the interview or at the end of it.
So take it seriously, because it is about mutual trust, which you have placed in the company to develop professionally and which it has placed in you to grow.
