That's why I want to share five points that work for me to reduce stress or how overwhelmed I feel at times, and change my mental state from “ everything is wrong, life is wrong” to “what am I going to do to solve this?”

  1. Breathe. And yes, although we breathe all the time, when we are stressed we don't in the best way, therefore, I recommend that you get up from your place and breathe deeply and slowly, the way you would do before jumping into the pool, or when you take a breath to give yourself courage. Do it at least 5 times.
  2. Laugh. You're going to have a hard time finding something funny about your office or job, but You can turn to YouTube and take 3 minutes to watch at least two funny videos. Personally, laughter automatically changes my mood.
